The challenge
A one-year mandate, and a Council that starts from zero every year
A student council turns over every year, and with it goes most of what the previous one knew. A training session has minutes, not months, to help each new member see where they can be useful.
What we built
Four profiles, four objectives of the Alliance strategy
Twelve statements place the respondent across four profiles — Navigator, Bridge, Initiator and Ambassador. Each one serves a specific objective (S.O. 1.1 to 1.4) of the Strategy for Student Participation in the EUTOPIA Alliance, and each ends with one concrete thing to take on this year, citing the section of the strategy it comes from.
What came out
A starting point for the Council’s own conversation
Developed for the EUTOPIA MORE Student Council training, in English, for students across the Alliance. The result is meant to be discussed with the rest of the Council: a Council made of only one profile would leave three of its own objectives unattended.
