The challenge
A local race with many candidates and very little direct comparison
The voter gets statements, not comparable positions. The real differences between candidates on the concrete issues — transport, housing, budget — stay buried in manifestos nobody reads to the end.
What we built
The same issues, the same questions, for every candidate
A set of statements on the issues that actually separate the candidates, and every candidate positioned on the same axes. The voter answers the same statements and gets a direct comparison: compatibility scores and detailed positions, issue by issue.
What came out
A public instrument on busolapolitica.ro
The platform ran on busolapolitica.ro during the campaign, with a profile voters could share. It is the second electoral compass built for a Romanian election.
