Who we are

Busola Communications is a Cluj-Napoca studio that builds interactive research instruments.

This site is a presentation of the studio. The instruments run on separate domains, each with its own privacy policy.

The legal entity details and the data protection contact are still to be supplied by the studio.

What we collect on this site

The site uses no tracking cookies, runs no advertising scripts and builds no visitor profiles.

There is no form here, so you cannot send us anything through the site. A conversation starts on LinkedIn or by email, and there we receive only what you write: the address or profile you write from, and the content of your message.

A message sent on LinkedIn falls under LinkedIn’s privacy policy rather than ours. If you would rather it did not, use the address at the foot of this page.

Why we use it

For one thing: to reply to you and, if the conversation continues, to carry on the correspondence about your project.

The basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you started. We do not send a newsletter and we do not pass the data on.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as it is relevant to the conversation we are having, then deleted.

The specific retention period is still to be set and published by the studio.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.

You can have it corrected or deleted.

You can withdraw your consent at any time.

You can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority.

For any of those, an email is enough.
